大家好，最近翻译的出生证明公文，但是几个不知道有没有合乎公文要用的字，不知道能
不能在这版请问一下大家

有关台端委托OOO申请出生证明一案，复如说明二，请查照。
Explanation:
1. A reply to the recipient of year 107 July 24, the entrusted application.
2. After reviewing the office-file, there is no recipient's birth certificate.
说明:
一、复台端107年7月24日委托申请书。
二、经查本所档存资料查无台端之出生证明。
