标题[请益] respectively 可用在否定句吗

如果我要说 A与X有关 B与Y有关 会用这句:
A and B are associated with X and Y, respectively.
但我如果後面要再加一句 补充说明 A与Y无关 B与X无关
(也就是 X Y中, A只与X有关与Y无关, B相反)
可以用这句吗:
A and B are not associated with Y and X, respectively.
