标题[文法] 为何man woman算是受格?

看到一本文法书写说
先形词如果是人/受格 关代不可省略
然後例句写:
This is the woman who John was talking about.
I know the man who you met this morning.
为何woman man算是受格?
受词不是him her me them you这种吗?
还是我理解上哪里有错
