标题[文法] 想请问这样的文法对不对

想请问 关於下面这个句子几个问题~
it shows not conscientiously and carefully that I can’t approve any
conclusion base on it.
第一个 在 not conscientiously and carefully 这边为了表示相反意思的副词
用NOT + 副词 这样对不对??
第二个 一样是 not conscientiously and carefully ， NOT要加一个还是加两个
变成 not conscientiously and not carefully
第三个 後面 that 的用法对不对?
