标题[文法] prep+关系代名词

各位好.
Computer has a number of applications, among which may be mentioned its use for
helping design vehicles.
我想这例子很多人都看过.
我想请教一下,这种prep+关系代名词的句子都可以倒装吗?
还是只有among which才可以?
to which , in which 之类的都不行?
另外想请教一下,可以这样去写一句话吗:
Among the group of my friends is noticed the tall girl.
(会另外这样问,主要是因为印象中自己的经历里面好像没有学过被动句的倒装)
可以这样子写吗?
