标题[文法] VOA的文法，跟一题翻译的文法题

VOA有一段英文是这样子，提到稀土：
Some countries with rare earth metals no longer mine them - including the
United States. One reason is the low-cost imports from China. Another reason
is concerns about environmental damage.
里面用了one.... another...的句型
以前学的好像是one.... the other....
有三个以上的，才会用到another？请问这样的文法是正确的吗？
另外VOA的另一篇也是用one.... another的句型：
It has several meanings. One meaning is that a person who never settles down
in one place will not be successful. Another is that someone who is always
moving, with no roots in one place, avoids responsibilities.
所以这样的句型在VOA上应该不是打错的。
另外有一题翻译，文法上想请问一下：
它以美丽的风景着名。
It is famous for it beautiful scenery.
for it... 要用 for its beautiful scenery 会比较好吗？
