在国中课本看到这样的句子
You're in traffic a long time.
当下的直觉是觉得很怪
应该要写成
You're in traffic "for" a long time.
但是有些朋友会觉得
"for a long time" 也许要跟完成式连用比较好
但我还是觉得不加for很怪
还是说有把for省略掉的用法?
找字典只找的到 longtime(adj.)的用法
找不到 a long time 当句子 可以来探讨加不加for的例子
单纯找for的话

那请问大家对原句
You're in traffic a long time 这样写对吗
加for的话 就要改成
You have been in traffic for a long time 这样会比较好吗?
