abortion in their millions.

我的试译: 那些想生个儿子，却又不愿杀害女婴的家长，和其他人一样选择堕胎。。
提问：我在字典查到million有大众的意思，我知道我翻得很差啦XD
所以想问问看正确应该怎麽说?
