标题[文法] 从杂志上看到的疑问

有两句话有个地方不懂
The cordless Apple Magic Mouse has laser tracking,
offers some amazing controls
to its user and it does all of it with absolutely no buttons anywhere.
...
The Magic Mouse preference pane gives you full control over all of its
functions,
letting you fine tune or completely disable most any of its
features.
想问一下
为什麽第二句的动词要变成Ving的形式呢???
我的想法是第一句是简单现在式主词是Apple Magic Mouse动词是offer
第二句可能是省略掉关系代名词或者and???
如果是这样就有点疑惑... 那麽第一句如果变成offering也可以吗= =?

1F：→ dunchee:1. 是三个子句: 子句1, 子句2 and 子句3 04/30 23:06
2F：→ dunchee:子句2的主词是前头的"The ... Mouse"(因为重复，所以略掉) 04/30 23:07
3F：→ dunchee:子句3的"it"也可以省(同一个主词)，但是在一大串字之後加 04/30 23:07
4F：→ dunchee:上具有厘清句意的作用 04/30 23:08
5F：→ dunchee:第二句是很一般的 reduce relative clause 04/30 23:09
