标题[求译] 中译英，文法有无错误??

求中译／英译：
当我们在乎自己得不到的慾望时，
有谁在乎了大地之母正在毁灭呢?
我的试译：
When we are caring desire for which we can't got.
Who care mother earth whom are ruining.
提问：
不确定mother earth 後面是要放 whom 还是 who
我是以现在进行式翻→在乎慾望是一直持续的
desire for + "N"→是东西所以关代用which
不知道这样对不对!!?
