标题[求译] 请教一个翻译问题

求中译：She had previously worked with physicians who wanted to build
their practices. Now she wanted to attract more clients by working with
chiropractors as well. Her research gave her confidence that the same
strategies that helpes physicians would help chiropractor. It also taught
her she'd have to tweak her message, making it more suited to her new
audience.

我的翻译：前些日子他和那些想建立自己事业的医生合作。现在他想藉由和手疗师
合作来吸引更多客户。他的研究让他充满信心，并了解帮助医生的策略
同样适用在帮助手疗师上。他也学会了要微调他的言论（他自己），以
至於更适用在新的客户上。
提问：请问这边worked with 可以翻成合作吗？build their practices 是指建立
事业吗？research是翻成研究吗＠＠
