大家好 想与大家讨论有关virus infect cell的问题 最近在做有关在suspension over express 已知此cell type不好做一般的lipofectamine transfection 目前想由lentivirus的系统进行infection virus已经完成 想请问一下在infection这一步骤 该如何在6well做 之前是做adherent protocol如下(在6cm dish中) 25ul polybrene(1ug/ml) 1cc virus 1.5cc medium 过1～3hr 补 20ul polybrene(1ug/ml) 2cc medium 48hr後收细胞 这样的protocol需要稍微改成比较适合infection suspension cell的方式吗？ --
