标题[求救] DNA疑似污染

小弟最近在做transfection 用的是K2 reagent
结果刚刚去拍照 发现都死光了..
不过神奇的是control组跟其他没用到的well(我是种在96 well)都活的好好的，所以助理
说可能是DNA或是transfection reagent有污染
想请问有没有人有这种经验 DNA跟reagent又该怎麽测试呢？
另外抽midi的时候也不是在无菌室抽的 照理说没那麽容易污染 觉得很纳闷..
或是还有其他可能也请不吝告知
