标题[求救] 关於protein定量的问题

定量曲线的使用方式为 0 1 2 5 10 15 20 25 ug/ml的浓度，
但是跑出来的internal control(b-actin)并不准，
1.如果protein浓度 测 1-25 ug/ml，要使用Bio-rad还是BCA的kit比较准确？
2.transfer时，伏特会一直下降(200→125)，会影响transfer出来的结果吗？
3.当transfer时，用125V 2hr，请问这样会太久吗？
