标题[求救] 要如何确认分子演化符合linear molecular clock呢

想请问板上的先进们，
我用一条protein sequence去做BLAST，
然後挑出另外五条不同物种的相似protein，
用这六条protein做完multiple sequence alingment，
亲缘树也画出来了，
那我该如何确定这六条protein的molecular evolution
是符合linear molecular clock呢？
恳请版上的专家们帮我解惑，小弟感激不尽！
