标题[求救] DNA fragmentation

请问有人用exctration buffer 抽DNA片段吗?
我从我学长那边拿来的方法
他说不会抽到gemonic
可是我跑胶的时候 2%的却通通卡在上面跑不下来
以下是实验步骤
1.collect cells
2.PBS wash
3.离心 移除上清液
4.add 80% Etoh -20度 over night
5.离心 移除上清液
6.PBS wash romove supernatant
7.pellet + extraction buffer 30ul 37度 1hr 离心
transfer the supernatnt to another eppendorf
8.RNaseA 75度 20min
9.add RnaseA 5ul 37度 45min
10.add proteinase K 5ul 37度 45min
有人有做过这种方法抽dna片段吗???
