最近看了一篇paper对於内容提到指纹分析的部份有些疑问
请各位高手帮帮忙
Fingerprinting analysis (ribopattern) of total cellular DNA was performed using
a robotized instrument (Qualicon Inc., Wilmington Delaware USA) with two
restriction enzymes, PvuII and EcoRI. The obtained fragments (1 to 35 kb) were
separated by electrophoresis and hybridized with phosphorescently labelled
whole ribosomal operon of E. coli
ribopattern 这是代表什麽意思呢?
那为什麽要用whole ribosomal operon of E. coli杂合?
