Job Description-
As level 1 IT support, identifies and troubleshooting user IT problems and IT concerns associated with desktops, laptops, workstations.
Accurately recording requests / incident / problems and their associated resolutions into IT ticket system. Call back and update tickets with working note and resolution.
Ensure that any ticket related to IT Standards are escalate to the Application owner group.
Manage and maintain IT facility such as Video Conference, IP Phone, Printer, Projector. Provide support for any VC meetings and guide user how to use it.ﴊWork with other staff to ensure that all Internal/external audits are supported at their site.
Setup PC for new enrollers with standard hardware and software. Also collect PC when user left. Making clear recording about device management in AD and IT system.ﴊEnsure site server rooms are managed and maintained in accordance to company policies and standards.
Provides user with training and communications on IT policies, procedures and new project.
Assists with remote problem resolution for off-site users as required.ﴊEnsures a high level of client satisfaction and service level agreements are achieved to the best of their ability.
Assists with the management of projects on site as required.ﴊQualifications:
5 years IT support experience. Good experience in daily IT operation and projects.ﴊExperience with PC hardware, operating systems and Office productivity application software.
An in-depth knowledge of PC windows environment, standard Microsoft applications (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat.
Know well about IT process and IT security Standard and obey them in daily support.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis related to hardware, deployments, application behaviors.
Independent worker and knows how to build bridges to seek help. Excellent organization and time management skills.
Good English speaking and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, SMS / SCCM, O365 is a plus.
