標題我的IE 某些特定網頁不能連上

我是XP HOME版的
前幾天才買來的NB軟體應該也很新
但是開啟某些網頁 諸如 TOGET HINET GOOGLE 都出現下列錯誤訊息
我嘗試著把安全性弄到最低等等的 都沒辦法說
