标题我的IE 某些特定网页不能连上

我是XP HOME版的
前几天才买来的NB软体应该也很新
但是开启某些网页 诸如 TOGET HINET GOOGLE 都出现下列错误讯息
我尝试着把安全性弄到最低等等的 都没办法说
