Thus the general rules on persons and things which appear at the outset of

they have their practical application,that is,in the law of persons and
property.
因此關於人法的概括條款最初出現在德國法典然後被置於瑞士民法典中，
(瑞士民法典)在人法和物法他們有他們的實際應ꔊ
這段是不是這樣詮釋呢...QQ 一整個困惑
