標題[問題] 一個翻不太出來的詞

請問 "國際新銳作家交流研討會"
新銳可以怎麼翻才能最接近原意
我想到的是 "young and talented"
這樣整句就是: "internatonnal young and talented writers forum and seminar"
可是參加的人不一定是young,
另外就是翻成 emerging: "the international emerging writers forum and seminar"
聽起來也沒有那麼貼近原意
可否請大家幫忙提供一下意見囉, 感激萬分!
