呼~小弟又出現在這裡了> < 先感謝上次板友熱情給予意見 深深感謝!! 不過這次小弟又遇上一個困難翻了好久翻不出來 Thus the general rules on persons and things which appear at the outset of the German Code are placed in the Swiss Civil Code in the context in which they have their practical application,that is,in the law of persons and property；instead of having general rules on legal acts,act.7 ZGB contains a provision according to which‘the general provisions of the law of obligations regarding the creation,performance and termination of contracts…are applicable to other relationship s of private law’ . 因此人法的概括條款最初出現在德國法典然後被置於瑞士民法典中， (瑞士民法典)在人法和物法他們有他們的實際應用；因為沒有關於一般法律行為 的概括條款 代替的是瑞士民法第七條的規定「債法關於契約之發生、履行和廢棄...等等 的概括條款，是可以適用在其他私法的體系上。」 因為英文也不是很好 翻的一整個很混亂 不知道這樣翻可不可以 希望高手可以賜教 指點一下迷津 感激 --
