我不知道你這個「累積」「累加」是從哪裡生出來的。

可以形成二組隊伍，(not compeleted)
1.groups "of two" 沒有譯出來。
2.「組」成會比「形」成好。
each opposite a single player.
Ver1. 一個隊員與另一位相對。(weird)
Ver2. 每位隊員會與另一位相對。(weird)
這裡的 each，指的應該是 each group。而其所對抗的，是剩下兩個沒有加入兩人小
組的球員中的一人。

from a group of two.
Ver1. 球從一隊的兩人開始，第一位衝刺的隊員也是從這兩人的這一隊產生。(weird)
Ver2. 從兩隊的其中一隊開球，也從這一隊的第一位隊員開始競速。(weird)
不知道該怎麼說，我只能說你這兩個版本應該都有問題。最大的問題點在於，這裡並
沒有說第一個衝刺的隊員必須隸屬於開球隊伍，這裡只有說開球由兩人小隊開，然後
第一個進行衝刺的球員必須是兩人小隊中的球員。

完全無法理解為什麼你會這樣子翻譯。
原文是 The drill is useful for "demonstrating" the full body rotation
並不是 The drill is useful for the full body rotation
再者，你的譯文裡，並沒有譯出 full body rotation 與 moving from the finish
of the forward sweep to the start of the reverse sweep 間的必要關係。
The drill may be varied by edging the boat first on the inside edge and then
the outside edge for the full turn.
此訓練因一開始緩慢移至船的內緣然後再移到外緣，會產生整體旋轉而使練習可能有所
變化。
還是一樣，無法理解你在翻什麼。
1.edging the boat first on the inside edge and the outside edge 是一種改變
訓練內容的做法。並不是用來「產生整體旋轉」。
2.原文中並沒有「因一開始... 再移到外緣，會... 」這種因果關係的存在。
3.這整句是在講訓練內容可以如何變化，並不是在敘述一個現象。
老實說，這份譯文的問題不光是「不順」而已。
