Individuals are deemed domicile in UK at any time if they reside in UK for
not less than 17 out of 20 tax years OR were domiciled in UK during the 3
years before that time
這句我自己翻的是
若一個人在過去20年間於英國定居達17個稅務年度以上或是於稅務年度前3年定居，他可
以選擇於任何時間決定居留於英國。
但我覺得很怪 查了一些資料還是不太懂
