是說5-2-1條所講到的病假，是在公司根據員工應得病假以外，另外給的病假
（但是不知道5-2-1到底是怎麼講的）

: Leave entitlement per Leave Year 跟 Leave can be take:
前面是該職務/年資每年可以請的假
後面是公司可以視情況讓你請的假（例如留職停薪）
: 4.extra holiday和 additional holiday 的差別?
這個沒有前後文很難判定
