標題[問題] there will be 的簡答

請問各位老師
Will there be an exam tomorrow?
的簡答是要用
Yes, there will be.
No, there won't be.
還是
Yes, there will.
No, there won't.
我個人覺得是要be，因為there is/are才有"有"的意思
不曉得各位老師的看法是？
