标题[问题] there will be 的简答

请问各位老师
Will there be an exam tomorrow?
的简答是要用
Yes, there will be.
No, there won't be.
还是
Yes, there will.
No, there won't.
我个人觉得是要be，因为there is/are才有"有"的意思
不晓得各位老师的看法是？
