標題[問題] 高中英文題目

These bats, found on the island of Java, are unusually large. They can grow
to thirty centimeters long, and their wings, _____(when)spread, may reach one
hundred and fifty centimeters in width, nearly as wide as your arms.

Like other bats, they cling to branches by the claws of their feet, with
their bodies hanging down and their wings _____(wrapped) around them.
疑問:
1. When spread: 為什麼沒有主詞 ?
2. wrapped 為什麼用過去分詞 而 hanging 用現在分詞 ?? hanging 表主動垂下
wings 為什麼是被動用 wrapped??
