標題[問題] BC的商學院是否需要做成績認證?

不好意思想請問各位
在看BC的申請網頁時
關於transcript部分
網頁有寫說
All applicants who completed their undergraduate course work outside of
the United States must have the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree.
If you are uncertain about your educational equivalency with the US bachelor's
degree, we recommend that you have your transcript evaluated by a credential
evaluation organization such as World Education Services
我的英文成績單有標明grading system了 EX: A=80-100=4 points
我這樣還需要去申請WES的credential evaluation嗎?
因為網頁寫"If you are uncertain..." 並不是說"必須"
真的很困惑> <

就不知道BC是不是承認台灣畢業的學校啊!
因為英文成績單上都有著名換算方式了 想說寫出來比較清楚
