标题[问题] BC的商学院是否需要做成绩认证?

不好意思想请问各位
在看BC的申请网页时
关於transcript部分
网页有写说
All applicants who completed their undergraduate course work outside of
the United States must have the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree.
If you are uncertain about your educational equivalency with the US bachelor's
degree, we recommend that you have your transcript evaluated by a credential
evaluation organization such as World Education Services
我的英文成绩单有标明grading system了 EX: A=80-100=4 points
我这样还需要去申请WES的credential evaluation吗?
因为网页写"If you are uncertain..." 并不是说"必须"
真的很困惑> <

就不知道BC是不是承认台湾毕业的学校啊!
因为英文成绩单上都有着名换算方式了 想说写出来比较清楚
