標題[問題] 已經關戶三個多月的卻一直收到美國銀行帳單

如題~
本人在今年五月結束了為期一年的交換生計畫
在離開美國的前兩天就趕快跑去把美國銀行的帳戶關掉
也把錢都提領光光
我記得還有跟行員聊天，一開始就跟他提說我要關戶要回台灣了
他就幫我關戶，離開前還小聊了一下棒球跟足球。
走之前我又再問一次說這樣就可以了嗎?他說YES!!!
但我看我e-Banking的帳戶都還在耶
但他每個月還是一直charge我 monthly fee (寄帳單的費用)
05/25/2011 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE -$8.95 -$11.11
06/28/2011 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE -$8.95 -$20.06
07/26/2011 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEE -$8.95 -$29.01
P.S. status狀態上是顯示close的
然後直到昨天又收到美國銀行寄過來的帳單...(應該是學校po box轉寄過來的)

這幾天除了收到這封信還有收到monthly fee的帳單
這樣是代表我沒有關戶成功還是....?
請問有人跟我一樣的經驗嗎?
要打電話去原本銀行問問看嗎?
還是不用理他就好了
可是不知道對我的信用會不會影響耶...
雖然我有社會安全卡但開卡時我沒有拿出來用
