標題[問題] 這是上了還是沒上啊????

Congratulations on applying to Thunderbird’s Master of Science in
Global Management Program! Your application has been reviewed and
in a recent letter from the Thunderbird MBA Admissions Office they
recommended that you either complete the Pre-MBA/Masters Intensive
English Program or re-take the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE tests.
後面很長在說他的preMBA課程我就不貼了
這封信的意思是在告訴我我上了MSGM所以可以報名preMBA了
還是在跟我說記得要考過托福或來上我們的preMBA
??????
拜託大家幫我看一下

最後還有一段
