标题[问题] 这是上了还是没上啊????

Global Management Program! Your application has been reviewed and
in a recent letter from the Thunderbird MBA Admissions Office they
recommended that you either complete the Pre-MBA/Masters Intensive
English Program or re-take the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE tests.
後面很长在说他的preMBA课程我就不贴了
这封信的意思是在告诉我我上了MSGM所以可以报名preMBA了
还是在跟我说记得要考过托福或来上我们的preMBA
??????
拜托大家帮我看一下
