WE: This trip is originating from (出發機場這裡我們用北京做例子) Beijing in China to (到達機場這裡我們用多倫多做例子)Toronto in Canada. 報航班的時候一段段的來，我一般第一個航班會說一下first flight,之後就說next flight弱化段數，這樣也方便想忽悠段數的人。 WE: The first/next flight is on (日期)August 1th from Beijing, the airport code is (機場代碼) Papa Echo Kilo (或者更標準的說法是，P as in Papa, E as in Echo, K as in Kilo), to Dalian(機場代碼) the airport code is Delta Lima Charlie (D as in Delta, L as in Lima C as in Charlie) on (承運航空公司) Air China flight (航班號碼) 8906 (數字你既可以一個個說Eight Nine O Six,也可以兩個 兩個說 Eighty-Nine O Six, 三位數航班比如123可以說One Twenty-Three, O也可以說 Zero,但是一般只在0不是第一位的時候說O). 如果你有停留或者開口，你可以在到達停留開口機場的時候這麼說 停留： WE: So(停留機場代碼) NRT/November-Romeo-Tango is a stopover. (下一個航班數據) The next flight is on …… (參考上條繼續報) 或者開口：這裡我們說下程航班的時候把出發地提前強調，確保agent理解open-jaw的位 置。 WE: So here at (開口機場代碼) NRT/November-Romeo-Tango, I wanna do a open-jaw. The next flight will be departing (下一程出發機場) ICN/India-Charlie-November on (日期)……(參考上一條繼續） 如果你把所有的航程報完了，現在你想要把所有的定位暫時hold 72小時： WE: Can you please put this reservation on hold?
