匯率操縱國之前講了很久，結果這次直接宣告了，雖然看起來是沒救的賣壓造成的
同時因 CNY 暴跌造成米股大跌，第二天 CNY 被該國央行出手拉抬 (這才是操縱吧？)
股市又開心了起來
