汇率操纵国之前讲了很久，结果这次直接宣告了，虽然看起来是没救的卖压造成的
同时因 CNY 暴跌造成米股大跌，第二天 CNY 被该国央行出手拉抬 (这才是操纵吧？)
股市又开心了起来
