標題[情報] 諾華骨鬆產品-Aclasta

下禮拜有業務要來上這個產品
諾華的Aclasta 成分是zoledronic acid
市面上是有同成分的Zometa(卓骨祂) 但是是用來治療惡性腫瘤引起的高血鈣
不過現在要推出Aclasta但是是用來治療骨鬆(一年IV一次即可)
感覺好像非常厲害
In women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, once yearly infusion
of ZOL 5 mg over 3 years significantly reduces:
– Vertebral fractures (morphometric 70%, clinical 77%)
– Hip fractures (41%)
– Non-vertebral fractures (25%)
– Days of disability due to fracture or back pain
– Height loss
不曉得有哪家醫院已經有進這個藥了嗎
