标题[情报] 诺华骨松产品-Aclasta

下礼拜有业务要来上这个产品
诺华的Aclasta 成分是zoledronic acid
市面上是有同成分的Zometa(卓骨祂) 但是是用来治疗恶性肿瘤引起的高血钙
不过现在要推出Aclasta但是是用来治疗骨松(一年IV一次即可)
感觉好像非常厉害
In women with postmenopausal osteoporosis, once yearly infusion
of ZOL 5 mg over 3 years significantly reduces:
– Vertebral fractures (morphometric 70%, clinical 77%)
– Hip fractures (41%)
– Non-vertebral fractures (25%)
– Days of disability due to fracture or back pain
– Height loss
不晓得有哪家医院已经有进这个药了吗
