一、主文
申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
依 part-time 板看板使用規範第二十四條第七項第二、六款，違規案件相關文章
於審理期間得拒絕其刪除之申請，
並非使用者提出刪除之申請，本板便應無條件核准。
申訴人於 part-time 板發表借用物品相關之文章，屬重大違規，業經板務人員發現，
並於今日 (2019/06/23) 公告相關處分 (
#1T3pmpWK (part-time))。申訴人主張
「因發錯文不能自己刪文」云云，經本板查核後發現申訴人為完成其徵求目的後，
方申請刪除文章，再者，有重大違規情事之文章，本板本就得不受理其申請刪除，
故申訴人之主張無理由，予以駁回。
