一、主文
申诉驳回，不予受理，本案已完成沟通程序，得迳行上诉。
二、说明
依 part-time 板看板使用规范第二十四条第七项第二、六款，违规案件相关文章
於审理期间得拒绝其删除之申请，
并非使用者提出删除之申请，本板便应无条件核准。
申诉人於 part-time 板发表借用物品相关之文章，属重大违规，业经板务人员发现，
并於今日 (2019/06/23) 公告相关处分 (
#1T3pmpWK (part-time))。申诉人主张
「因发错文不能自己删文」云云，经本板查核後发现申诉人为完成其徵求目的後，
方申请删除文章，再者，有重大违规情事之文章，本板本就得不受理其申请删除，
故申诉人之主张无理由，予以驳回。
