一、主文
申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
申訴人雖主張代人張貼文章，然本板究責對象均為張貼文章之使用者，
代理人應自負相關責任，故該主張不成立，因此維持原判決。
四、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得以此文為溝通依據，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板發文申訴。
