一、主文
申诉驳回，不予受理，本案已完成沟通程序，得迳行上诉。
二、说明
申诉人虽主张代人张贴文章，然本板究责对象均为张贴文章之使用者，
代理人应自负相关责任，故该主张不成立，因此维持原判决。
四、申诉救济
若不服本判决，得以此文为沟通依据，表明理由，至 L_LifeJob 板发文申诉。
