一、主文
申訴駁回，不予受理，本案已完成溝通程序，得逕行上訴。
二、說明
申訴人所發表之連結，業經法務部判定為廣告連結，且該文章並與本板無相關，
申訴人所稱「無商業意圖」云云無理由。
合於前述，廣告行為違反主板板規第十五條第一項第三款，應處水桶一百八十日以上，
文章得退文，又該行為顯然無視主板板規，
#1PCckxuK (part-time)之判決並無不妥。
本案已完成溝通程序，申訴人得逕以此為溝通証據上訴至組務板。
