一、主文
申诉驳回，不予受理，本案已完成沟通程序，得迳行上诉。
二、说明
申诉人所发表之连结，业经法务部判定为广告连结，且该文章并与本板无相关，
申诉人所称「无商业意图」云云无理由。
合於前述，广告行为违反主板板规第十五条第一项第三款，应处水桶一百八十日以上，
文章得退文，又该行为显然无视主板板规，
#1PCckxuK (part-time)之判决并无不妥。
本案已完成沟通程序，申诉人得迳以此为沟通证据上诉至组务板。
