標題[問題] 請問冰爪適用的鞋款(鞋底?)

想請教一般綁帶式冰爪是否只能使用在硬底鞋(重裝登山鞋、技術型登山鞋)
因為雪訓的裝備表寫要硬底的登山鞋或重靴
另外去問了戶外用品店的，說不建議使用在非硬底鞋上
但是冰爪的相關資訊說明似乎又顯示可以使用在較軟的鞋底上
