标题[问题] 请问冰爪适用的鞋款(鞋底?)

想请教一般绑带式冰爪是否只能使用在硬底鞋(重装登山鞋、技术型登山鞋)
因为雪训的装备表写要硬底的登山鞋或重靴
另外去问了户外用品店的，说不建议使用在非硬底鞋上
但是冰爪的相关资讯说明似乎又显示可以使用在较软的鞋底上
