Phoning in is the only solution. 好吧~ 這麼麻煩 那我就用skype打好了 加值了NTD100之後 打到他們客服問 英國腔有夠重的 我英文又爛 skype訊號又差 總共打了五次才解決 = = 前兩次訊號太差 第三次，客服跟我說先直接下訂單 然後直接付錢 (place my order) 然後再跟他們說我的order編號 他們比較好改好處理 第四次打，跟我說我剛下訂單 要一個小時之後他們才會收到 第五次，一跟他說明完我的狀況，他就說 ahh yes, I know. This is getting forever isn't it? 哈 總之跟他講完我信用卡號之後，他說會把15% discount 再退還給我 結論是，那個買三項打85折的活動還是有，至於他說的 "IT problem" (information technology)是單指我衰，還是這個包包的問題，還是台灣的原因 就不得而知了 網路上發問大概一天以內會回復 因為時差關係 所以通常是晚上八點以後 至於電話客服的話，態度都還不錯 跟我雞同鴨講 同一句話要講幾次 也沒有太不耐煩 打了五次好像三個不同的人接吧 看來接線的人不多 但是大概最多只等10秒鐘 用skype打英國市話每分鐘 NTD$0.757 應該是蠻便宜的 我打了太多次 所以大概花了三十出頭 不過前面幾次是因為斷線的關係 = = 總之~終於解決了 至於有貨沒貨 跟花多久時間送達 之後在報告吧~ --
