Phoning in is the only solution. 好吧~ 这麽麻烦 那我就用skype打好了 加值了NTD100之後 打到他们客服问 英国腔有够重的 我英文又烂 skype讯号又差 总共打了五次才解决 = = 前两次讯号太差 第三次，客服跟我说先直接下订单 然後直接付钱 (place my order) 然後再跟他们说我的order编号 他们比较好改好处理 第四次打，跟我说我刚下订单 要一个小时之後他们才会收到 第五次，一跟他说明完我的状况，他就说 ahh yes, I know. This is getting forever isn't it? 哈 总之跟他讲完我信用卡号之後，他说会把15% discount 再退还给我 结论是，那个买三项打85折的活动还是有，至於他说的 "IT problem" (information technology)是单指我衰，还是这个包包的问题，还是台湾的原因 就不得而知了 网路上发问大概一天以内会回复 因为时差关系 所以通常是晚上八点以後 至於电话客服的话，态度都还不错 跟我鸡同鸭讲 同一句话要讲几次 也没有太不耐烦 打了五次好像三个不同的人接吧 看来接线的人不多 但是大概最多只等10秒钟 用skype打英国市话每分钟 NTD$0.757 应该是蛮便宜的 我打了太多次 所以大概花了三十出头 不过前面几次是因为断线的关系 = = 总之~终於解决了 至於有货没货 跟花多久时间送达 之後在报告吧~ --
