S/S? family's attitude? decision making : process ok or any dis-agreement? what is family's except? fit to real : est. or VS's explaint ? : 先降子 大家有興趣的話我再繼續寫 好晚了 我得睡覺了 : 再來我建議版友們 可以study一下實證醫學再應用在臨床部分 : 內外科護理學的教科書跟藥典 可以參考看看啦 不然就是請教醫師阿 : 大家都是同事 沒什麼不能交流的吧 我是這麼想的啦 一來就是我一直在說的 : 要懂得醫師的治療計畫 之來龍去脈 就能大幅度的避免做錯事情給錯藥物 : 工作起來才會順手開心愉快咩 不懂得就問人 懂得的就答人 大家都不懂得問神... : 我想原則上 醫師跟學姊都是很願意教學經驗分享的 只要我們的態度好 : 自己有先努力過 才知道自己什麼不懂 請問別人也是要有自己的付出才行 : 不然 憑什麼 要求別人教導我們呢 當然是有來有往才公平吧 妳對於提攜後進實在是很努力 從這一篇或是之前的文章 都可以看得出來 要是多一點妳這樣子的學姊 妳的學妹們就有福啦 我不是護理師 不過我提供我的看法 要解決問題 應該要把問題簡單化 而不是把問題複雜化來腦力激盪 (事實上腦力激盪的目的也是要把問題簡單化) 對於找出病患的所有問題 增進服務品質 還有訓練自己思考能力 以及全人照護能力 提出你上述的bla bla問題是很好的 可以避免在照顧病人上漏東漏西 但若是要解決原PO的問題 很簡單: 只要查該藥的禁忌症有哪些 然後對照看看病人是否有這些禁忌症 就這麼簡單:) 真的查不到 就問醫生吧 不過...... 很多時候一些處置都只是醫師個人經驗 沒有 實證醫學的佐證 所以也不一定是對的.... 總之 有發掘問題 是好事... --
